Admissions Information

YES Academy understands the demands of the modern day human services worker.  YES Academy strives to make the referral and admissions process as easy as possible.  YES Academy offers the following services at no charge:

• Interview applicants at their place of residence
• Provide alternative placement help for youth who are unable to be served by YES Academy
• Facilitate single day pre-placement visits
• Transport on the day of admission
• Accept and transport out-of-state admissions

YES Academy is opposed to unsuccessful discharges and we fully commit to exhausting all options before providing notice of discharge.  A notice of 30 days will be provided unless a child is Temporary Detention Ordered to a hospital, or otherwise poses a clear danger to himself or others at YES Academy.  Also, YES Academy will also work with the placing agency in securing a new and appropriate placement for the resident.
